following criteria (mentioned point wise) for a successful registration:

He/she should be citizen of
India or
2.
A subject of Nepal/Bhutan
3.
Tibetan refugees are eligible
who came to India before 1st Jan 1962

Criteria:
The Minimum age of the candidate must be 20
years and Maximum age must be 30 years as on 1st November 2016.
